Bespoke Decarbonisation Consultancy Support

Zero Carbon Ready Worcestershire Funding background

Bespoke Decarbonisation Consultancy Support

Worcestershire County Council has appointed Pro Enviro Ltd to deliver bespoke decarbonisation consultancy for organisations based within the Worcestershire administrative boundary, with a focus on organisations with registered premises in the Wyre Forest District.

The project will award fully funded expert consultancy to help organisations on their journey to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050

You do not need to have a particular project in mind, but you do need to be committed to the journey to decarbonise your operations.

Some examples of support available:

  • An in-depth net zero carbon strategy for a multi-site company, or one that has a particularly complicated manufacturing process.
  • A decarbonisation review of your premises and analysis of your energy consumption which will identify an action plan (for organisations not eligible for other funding).
  • Micro metering machinery or locations to establish energy efficiency and to identify carbon reduction projects or technologies that provide the greatest impact.
  • Writing of a technical specification or undertaking a feasibility study into the potential implementation of sustainable technologies.
  • Assistance with project management for an existing decarbonisation plan where internal resources are limited.

This project is only available until 31 May 2022 – to be considered for fully funded bespoke expert consultancy, please contact us on 01788 538150 for an initial discussion or to request a registration form.

Eligibility

  • Organisations that have received an energy review via the Business Energy Efficiency Programme (BEEP) or Low Carbon Opportunities Programme (LoCOP) who are looking to take a project further with more detailed advice
  • Organisations/sectors previously excluded from European Funded schemes such as large organisations (above the SME threshold), hospitality sectors, agriculture/horticulture, community, charity and faith organisations, independent social care, independent retail
